Ka Tunying’s Menu And More

April 19, 2022

Sharing my review of Ka Tunying's Baked Classic ADOBWhoah as well as other useful details about the restaurant.

I’ve always had the impression that Ka Tunying’s was a cafe that sold only pastries and coffee. Little did I know that Ka Tunying’s have grown to become a full restaurant that offered mostly Filipino cuisine in its menu. If not for the Pinoy Sushi Bake (Baked Classic ADOBWhoah), I wouldn’t have known that Ka Tunying's offered a wide range of dishes in its menu.

Ka Tunying’s Menu And More

Speaking of the Pinoy Sushi Bake, it’s high-recommended if you are looking for new food items to try but have already grown tired of the usual sushi bakes that have grown in popularity during the quarantine.

The Baked Classic ADOBWhoah is really good. It’s made of Chicken Adobo Flakes on top of garlic sticky rice and drizzled with special adobo mayo for more flavor. You can really taste the wonderful adobo flavors in the chicken flakes. I also love that Ka Tunying’s used sticky rice instead of the regular rice variety. Needless to say, Ka Tunying’s Baked Classic ADOBWhoah is a full meal on its own that can be enjoyed by the whole family. Even your kids will surely love it.

Aside from the Baked Classic ADOBWhoah, Ka Tunying’s also offers Baked SISIGoodness which I’m sure is as delicious as the baked adobo.

    Ka Tunying’s Menu

Ka Tunying’s restaurant menu is composed predominantly of Filipino food. It’s composed of Linamnam Meals (rice meals like pork barbecue, pakbet and lechon kawali, bangus, etc.), Main Event (Fish, Chicken, Pork, and Beef), Umagahang Kay Ganda (chicken tocino, tapa, longganisa, etc.), Buwelo Ka Muna (tinapa roll, ukoy, tawilis, etc.), Pa-Healthy Option (tortang talong, pakbet, ginataang gulay, and caesar salad), Higop Na (munggo, sinigang, sinampalukan, bulalo), Pasta and Noodles (tinapa carbonara, vegetable lasagna, daing pesto, and pansit), All-Day Merienda (sopas, champorado, arroz caldo, and ginataang bilo-bilo) Kanin (plain, garlic, and tinapa), and Dessert (turon, macapuno pandan jelly, and banana coffee jelly). Meanwhile, Ka Tunying’s bakeshop menu is composed of their every own breads and pastries.

The prices of the food are also quite reasonable, ranging from P150 to around P700. Furthermore, the prices in the bakeshop range from about P50 to a little more than P200.

    Epilogue

I fell in love with Ka Tunying’s Baked Classic ADOBWhoah because it’s delicious, filling, and comforting. I also love that I was able to discover more about Ka Tunying’s, having previously had the impression that the restaurant only offered breads and pastries.
