Auffrance’s Delightful Food Trays [Review]

If there is one thing that we like about the food offerings by Auffrance, it’s their superior quality. Well, that’s easy to understand because Auffrance has previously been in the catering business for years. Still, it’s good to know that Auffrance’s delicious food can now be had at home via food delivery.

Auffrance’s Delightful Food Trays [Review]

    Auffrance’s catering business

Auffrance started out as a food catering business, eventually gaining a name as one of the top wedding caterers in the country. It held that status for more than two decades until Auffrance had to close shop.

When the pandemic hit the country last year, the owners decided to revive Auffrance, especially because of the rising popularity of food delivery during the Metro Manila lockdown.

I know that Auffrance is a business venture but I like the owners’ objective for reviving it and that is to provide delicious comfort food to Filipino homes at a price that is reasonable.

Indeed, food has been instrumental in helping Filipinos survive the quarantine; think of sushi bake, dalgona coffee, and ube cheese pandesal.

With Auffrance, we can partake in sumptuous food even if we are just celebrating our special occasions at home.

    How we discovered Auffrance

If you are a long-time reader of this blog, you’d know that Mommy Khris loves discovering new food trays on social media. That is how we also discovered Auffrance.

She stumbled upon some posts until she eventually checked Auffrance’s Facebook page. That’s where she saw Auffrance’s inspiring story. However, she was even more convinced to try Auffrance when she found out that it used to cater to the big names of Manila society.

    What we ordered at Auffrance

We ordered the pot roast beef with baby potatoes (P1800) and spinach lasagna (P1500) from Auffrance. These are two of our most favorite food items and we would always order these when available.

The pot roast beef is delicious. I think there is no other way to describe this wonderful creation. The meat is tender, the sauce is flavorful, and the baby potatoes are nicely crusted. If you are thinking of ordering food trays for your home celebration, then you should definitely include this pot roast beef from Auffrance.

Meanwhile, a taste of Auffrance’s spinach lasagna is enough to uplift your mood. It’s packed with all the delicious flavors that we are looking for in lasagna. We were surprised that even though this is called spinach lasagna, it still had generous amounts of meat.

How to order food from Auffrance

You can order from Auffrance through its Facebook page. Here are some of the guidelines that you should keep in mind when ordering:
