How we got to know Frank and Carol’s

Like any of our previous foodie discoveries, we discovered Frank and Carol’s in social media. Again, Mommy Khris stumbled upon Frank and Carol’s on Instagram and eventually checked their offerings on Facebook. I didn’t know about her order beforehand because it was a surprise for me during Father’s Day.

Soon after, I also checked Frank and Carol’s Facebook page and the photos indeed look tempting; they fit the proverbial description of photos that you can actually smell and taste. Plus, there were many positive feedbacks on the page so we figured it was really a great choice.

What we ordered at Frank and Carol’s

Mommy Khris ordered Frank and Carol’s sampler cake (P1,400, 8 inches) for my Father’s Day surprise. It had blueberry cheesecake, strawberry shortcake cheesecake, triple-decker cheesecake, Belgian dark chocolate cake, Belgian milk chocolate cake.

The sampler cake was a visual feast. The five different cake slices will surely excite anyone who will see it. in fact, I couldn’t help but smile just looking at the various cake flavors placed side-by-side.

I did taste everything when it was time to eat it but I indulged in the blueberry cheesecake because I missed this flavor so much.

We loved Frank and Carol’s cakes that we also ordered a Belgian milk chocolate cake (P1,300, 8 inches) for our niece’s birthday. It was delicious and chocolatey, perfect for any chocolate-lover, like our two boys who would ask us for it whenever they see the cake box.

What we most like in Frank and Carol’s cakes was the affordable price and the excellent quality. These cakes are something that people will genuinely enjoy because of their taste. Aside from this though, here are other things that we liked in Frank and Carol’s:

    1. Easy and smooth transaction

Frank and Carol’s has consistently been easy to transact with. All our questions get answered efficiently and our payments are acknowledged immediately.

    2. Professional staff

This is somehow related to the first point above, however, we’d just like to commend the staff of Frank and Carol’s for their professionalism. This is very important because loyalty is earned by making customers feel valued no matter how good a product is.

    3. They commit to their delivery schedule

These days when food delivery is the norm, suppliers that stick to their committed schedule are also at an advantage. It’s nice knowing that we didn’t encounter any problem with Frank and Carol’s when it came to the delivery of our orders. Plus, all the cakes arrived intact and without any dent.

    Epilogue

If you want to order delicious, affordable, and beautifully designed cakes, then I highly suggest that you try Frank and Carol’s.
