Our Dinner Date at Krazy Garlik One Ayala [Menu + Review]

Sharing our recent date at Krazy Garlik in One Ayala Mall, Makati City.

It’s been a long time since we last ate at Krazy Garlik (around 2016), so when we found out that they opened a branch at One Ayala, Mommy Khris and I decided to have dinner here to celebrate our 11th Anniversary. Now, if you still read my food blogs, you would notice that we love eating in restaurants that are part of the Bistro Group (yes, Krazy Garlik is a Bistro Group restaurant) because they regularly have 50% off promos with popular credit cards.

Our Dinner Date at Krazy Garlik One Ayala [Menu + Review]

Anyway, for our dinner date, we ordered Ahi Tuna Potato Salad and Creamy Spinach Bites for starters. We also ordered Sisig Sensation, Keanu Ribs, and Butter me up, Salmon.

The Ahi Tuna Potato Salad was already quite filling in itself. It was a complete meal with carbohydrates, vegetables and fiber, as well as protein from the fish. It was delicious. We also enjoyed the Creamy Spinach Bites; it was crunchy and filled with creamy spinach stuffing. It came with a salsa dip, which complemented the rich taste of the filling.

Ahi Tuna Potato Salad

For the mains, both the Keanu Ribs and the Butter me up, Salmon were good. The ribs was rich and flavorful while the salmon was fresh and meaty.

However, I was a little disappointed with the Sisig Sensation because it was a little chewy (as opposed to being crunchy) and lacked flavor. I think Krazy Garlik can improve on the Sisig Sensation with a bit more flavor and crunch.

We also ordered fruit-based beverages or shakes but I couldn’t recall what they were (I vaguely remember watermelon, but I just couldn’t recall the names).

Keanu Ribs

All in all, we had a great dining experience at Krazy Garlik. The service was fast and efficient, and the food was overall delicious. Thanks also to the credit card promo that we took advantage of, we had a memorable anniversary dinner at Krazy Garlik.
